themes & mood boards

Whether you are looking for contrasting colours and materials, want simply white throughout, or prefer a period themed day - we can inspire you with suggestions for a theme that will make your day memorable.

After the initial consultation with you, we will provide a mood board reflecting your ideas and themes and this can be referred to, and adapted if necessary, throughout the time you have from conception to the wedding day. A mood board can be an incredibly useful tool in helping to explain a vision to your chosen venue, caterer, florist or any other supplier, and it can also be a unique keepsake after your day.

bespoke stationery

We work with talented designers who can create unique stationery that suits your theme, personality or lifestyle. Our designers can provide the full package of wedding stationery including save the date, invitation, place cards, seating plan, thank you cards, order of service, acceptance card, evening invite and menus.

If you would prefer a greener solution we can also offer an online option, where invites (including evening), save the dates, acceptance and thank you cards can be emailed to guests with a reply button to the person managing the RSVP process.

If you are concerned about receiving too many acceptances in the post, then you may decide to create a webpage that allows guests to accept or decline the invitation by going to a dedicated webpage, designed around your style or theme. This guest information can then be managed by us with regular updates to you in terms of numbers, dietary requirements and any other specific information. From this we can create your seating plan for the day and make sure that all the right information is supplied to the venue and suppliers in plenty of time.

rsvp management

Couples often say that the hardest and most frustrating part of managing their wedding day is keeping track of guest attendance. We can take away the stress of managing this process by asking all RSVPs to come to us where we will keep a close track of who is and isn’t coming. We can speak to your guests directly to answer any questions they may have and we will provide regular updates to you on the numbers. We can create the final seating plan ready for the day, and liaise with the venue and suppliers on any last minute changes.

gift list management

If you are creating a wedding gift list it can often be difficult to know where to start. You may not want all your presents from one place or you feel like you want to support your local suppliers. We can source different products and stores and your list can include anything from household goods, vouchers, honeymoon donations, ethical items and charity gifts.

One list will then be created from all the chosen items and stores and we can manage the guest decision process and provide you with regular updates.

For family and friends who don’t live locally, we can arrange accommodation according to the preferences and budgets of your guests. We can deal with all guest requests on your behalf, saving you valuable time to concentrate on getting yourself ready for the big day, and not answering endless phone calls from confused relatives!

If they are not local to the area, we can provide them with instructions on how to get there, details for checking in and any points of interest and local information if requested.

crèche facilities

Although children are welcome at most weddings, there are some exceptions to this depending on what you are looking for. We can make sure that the children of family and friends are well catered for with activities to keep them happy and busy throughout the day. Any age up to 14 years old can be entertained and we can make sure that the adults have a relaxing time too, knowing that their children are in good hands.

after the day

All you want to do is relax and get yourself ready for the honeymoon, you don’t want to be worrying about anything that might need sorting after the day.

The day has been and gone, but there may still be a few loose ends to tie up including returning any rented items, clearing the venue, paying suppliers and sorting out any dry cleaning of suits and dresses. We can help with all of this and give you an update when you get back from your break.

honeymoon

Organising your honeymoon can be really time consuming and it can also be hard deciding on a destination that is right for both of you.

Our honeymoon service starts with an informal chat about your destination ideas, preferences and budget. We will search on your behalf offering you a short list of options and recommend which destinations to choose at certain times of the year. Once you have made your decision, we will book everything and provide you with a detailed itinerary.

We can also organise holiday insurance, airport transfers, money exchange, visas, advice on required vaccinations and any other extra help that you might need.
